Barbara Ann (Murry) Karsner, 65, of Clarksville, Indiana passed away on Monday, July 8, 2013. She was a former employee of Horseshoe Casino. Barbara enjoyed going fishing and loved spending time with her family and friends.
Barbara was born on July 20, 1947 in New Albany, Indiana to the late Louis and Nadine (Thompson) Murry. She was also preceded in death by her son, Richard Karsner.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, James R. Karsner; son, Louis Karsner; grandsons, Anthony Karsner and his wife, Gina, and Ricky Karsner.
Visitation will be from 3 to 8 PM Thursday, July 11, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) and after 9 AM on Friday. Her Funeral Service will be Friday at 11 AM at the funeral home with burial to follow at Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Jeffersonville.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Autism Association (192 Lexington Ave., Suite 245, New York, NY 10016).
