Autis Lee Ware

Autis "Lee" Ware, 65, of Mount Washington, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, April 14, 2025. Lee was a dedicated UK basketball fan. In his younger days he enjoyed rebuilding engines and working on his cars. His religion belief was Jehovah Witness. He lived a simple life and enjoyed spending time with his family and will truly be missed by all who knew him.

He was born on September 26, 1959 in Shelbyville, Kentucky to Autis and Helen (Samples) Ware. He is preceded in death by his Father, Autis Ware, Mother, Helen Carrier, Wife, Vickie Ware, Brothers, Kenneth Ware and Robert Ware.

Lee is survived by his family, Daughter, Tracy Williams; Sisters, Ruth (Earl) Cook, Mary Ann (Mike) Foote, and Gladys Shermer; The Carrier Family, as well as a host of family and friends to cherish his memory.
