Ashley Rae Seibert, 25, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, August 12, 2021. She was an amazing Mom to her beautiful son and loved life and people.

She was born on February 2, 1996 in Louisville, Kentucky.

Ashley is survived by her Son, Phoenix Seibert, Father, Don Seibert Jr. (Carrie), Mother, Rita Seibert, Siblings, Brooke Seibert (Scott), Dylan Davis, Emalyne Robinson (Jason), Trey, Chaston, and Ryleigh Seibert. Grandparents, Don Sr. & Rose Seibert, Grandmothers, Jacqueline McKenna and Patricia Owens, Grandfather, George Reitz Jr, Uncles, Michael Seibert, Kevin Reitz, Aunt, Angela Thompson (Mike). Ashley also leaves behind to cherish her memory a Niece, Nephew, Cousins, Friends, and Extended Family.

Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, August 19, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 3:00 pm on Friday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel.

Memorial Contributions in Ashley Memory may be made and given to her Grandfather Don Sr.
