Arthur Ratliff, 63, of Louisville, KY passed away on March 11, 2014.
Arthur was born on October 30, 1950, in Louisville to L.V. Reed and Beatrice (Ratliff) Terry. He was preceded in death by his father, L.V.; and brothers, William Ratliff and Ricky Reed.
He leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Beatrice Terry; three daughters, Terry M. White (Willie), LaTonya R. Brown, and Neyanna Morris; three sons, Jimmy Keys (Markeba), Marshawn J. Hughes, and Lamont Pusey; seven brothers, Lee V. Ratliff (Joyce), Gregory, Keith, Alfonzo, Tim, and Marcus Reed, and Rudolph Shelby; three sisters, Donna Collins, Lisa Hughes, and Linda Reeder; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Arthur's memorial service will be held at 12:00pm Friday, March 21, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home - Southwest Louisville Chapel (10304 Dixie Hwy) with visitation from 10:00am until time of service.
