AntoniO James Tutt, Sr., born on May 22, 1995, in New Albany, Indiana, left this world on October 26, 2024. He was a bright light in the lives of those who knew him, characterized by his infectious laughter and remarkable sense of humor. AntoniO was truly the life of the party, effortlessly drawing people in with his warmth and charm. He had a gift for making everyone feel welcome, and his ability to find joy in life’s hard moments was a testament to his vibrant spirit.
As a dedicated father, AntoniO took immense pride in raising his two children, Queen Tutt and AntoniO Tutt, Jr. His role as a father was undoubtedly one of his proudest accomplishments, and he cherished every moment spent with them. He aimed to instill in them the same humor, joy, and resilience he displayed throughout his life.
AntoniO was not only proud of his family but also to his achievements, which included earning his Serve Safe Certificate in food service and his Forklift Operator License. His work ethic and determination were evident in everything he did, and he continually sought to improve and grow both personally and professionally.
Outside of work, AntoniO found solace in various hobbies that showcased his creativity and passion. He was an avid fan of anime and gaming, immersing himself in these worlds that sparked his imagination. Nature brought him peace, and he loved working in his garden, reaping the rewards of his labor. Additionally, he was a gifted rapper, known by the name LP OG Tutt, weaving stories and emotions into his music that resonated deeply with his listeners. He loved sharing his art and connecting with others through his words.
AntoniO's love for family knew no bounds. He is survived by his loving mother, LaVonia Stockton; father, James Tutt Jr.; his life partner, Haleigh Baker; and his beloved children, Queen and AntoniO, Jr. He also leaves behind his grandparents, Juanita Russell, James Tutt Sr., and Pearl Newbolt; along with his siblings: Crystal Stockton (Shawncey Wright), James Tutt II, Shawna Walker, Wesley Stockton, Justin White, Andre Muir, William Walker, Shaunte'a Lajuan, and Raymond Tutt. AntoniO was surrounded by a large, supportive family, including many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other relatives, all of whom will carry his memory in their hearts.
In this time of sorrow, those who knew AntoniO are reminded of his lively spirit and the love he shared. His legacy will endure through the laughter he instilled in others, the lessons he imparted, and the love he so generously offered. To remember AntoniO is to celebrate a life filled with joy, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to family. He will be deeply missed but forever cherished.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, November 8, 2024 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). His Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm on Saturday, November 9, 2024 at the funeral home. Cremation will follow in accordance with AntoniO's wishes.
