Anne Harmon

Anne Harmon, 80, of Sellersburg, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, September 16, 2023. She was an instructional aide at Clarksville Elementary School for a number of years. She was also a longtime member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church.

She was born on November 6, 1942 in Jeffersonville, Indiana to Elmer and Lillian (Fitzpatrick) Zimmerman. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Donald Zimmerman.

Anne is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Alan Harmon; son, Stephen Harmon; grandchildren, Samuel, Seamus, and Sean Harmon; sister, Kay (Mark) Hutzel; sisters-in-law, Barbara Zimmerman and Fran White; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 24, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). Visitation will continue from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Monday, September 25, 2023. Her Funeral Service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday at the funeral home with burial to follow at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany, Indiana.
