Anna C. Vogel
April 13, 1931 — October 6, 2013
Anna Catherine Vogel departed this earth for her Heavenly home on October 6, 2013. Born April 13, 1931, Anna was a self-taught pianist and brought great joy to both staff and residents at nursing homes where she resided. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Anna Vogel and her brother, John R. Vogel.
Anna is survived by her son John Lewis (Jan); daughter, Cheryl Ann Lewis; grandchildren, Chris and Michelle Lewis; and her devoted cousin, JoAnn Shanander (Bill).
A special thanks to her many caregivers at both Jefferson Manor and Signature Healthcare at Four Courts.
A celebration of life will be held 7pm Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive with visitation there from 3pm until time of service.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to "Dreams with Wings",1579 Bardstown Road Louisville, KY 40205.
