Anita M. Stilger

Anita M. (Martin) Stilger, 77, of Georgetown, Indiana, passed away on Monday, March 25, 2024. She was born on July 7, 1946 and grew up on Elliot Street in Louisville, Kentucky. Anita graduated from Ivy Tech College and went on to work as an LPN for many years. She took pride in her role as a wonderful caregiver. Anita enjoyed arts and crafts in her free time.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Edward Martin and Frances (Bibb) Martin; sister, Marion Zoeller; and brother, Bela Martin.

Anita is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, Maurice Stilger; son, Edward (Rhonda) Oechsli; son, Kevin Oechsli; and grandson, Jakob Oechsli.

Visitation will be from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Friday, March 29, 2024 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). Her Funeral Service will be at 4:00 pm on Friday, at the funeral home. Cremation will follow in accordance with Anita's wishes.
