Angela Marie Vaughn

Angela Marie Vaughn, 43, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Monday, September 19, 2022. She enjoyed riding her motorcycle and going to local festivals and flea markets with her aunt, Janet. Angela had been an employee at Nu Yale and was currently working for Content Restorology.

She was born on February 23, 1979, in Jeffersonville, Indiana, to the late Gary and Mona (Nance) Vaughn. In addition to her parents, Angela was preceded in death by her grandparents, Earl and Mona Nance.

Angela is survived by her brother, Anthony Vaughn (Jennifer Fetz); nephews, Tyler (Kelsey) and Austin (Cheyenne) Vaughn; aunt, Janet Reed; and many extended family members and friends.

Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, September 26, 2022, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) and on Tuesday after 9:00 a.m. Her funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home with burial to follow at Glenwood Cemetery in Elizabeth, Indiana.

Angela was an avid cat lover. In her memory, contributions may be made to the Floyd County Animal Rescue League (P.O. Box 241, New Albany, IN 47151).
