Amanda Marie Warren

Amanda "Manda" Marie Veyel Warren, age 36, of Louisville, returned to her Heavenly Father on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at her home. She was an alumnus of St. Stephen Martyr School, Mercy Academy and Indiana University where she earned her Associate Degree. She was an avid UofL fan. Amanda was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Mary Veyel and Beth Stephens.

Amanda is survived by her parents, Fred Veyel, Jr. (Cindy) and Kathy Stephens Propheter (Greg); companion and friend, Roy Warren; brother, Curtis Veyel (Victoria); grandfathers, Fred Veyel (Lore) and J. Pat Stephens (Fran); aunts, Tosh Lawson (Tim), Susie Bertelkamp and Cindy Trimble (Sam); uncle, Patrick Stephens; nieces, Isabella Veyel and Jordan Miller; step-brothers, Rob Propheter (Lisa), Randy Propheter and Brandon Kennedy (Hannah); step-sister, Christy Roe (Eric); and a host of step-nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be 3-8pm Friday, April 7, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive in Middletown. A celebration of Amanda's life will be 11am Saturday, April 8th at the funeral home, with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Center for Women and Children or the Humane Society.
