Amanda Mcanelly

Amanda Rose "Mandy" McAnelly, 23, of New Albany, was taken away tragically on Friday, July 20, 2012. Mandy was a 2007 graduate of New Albany High School and was employed by Schmitt Furniture. She was preceded in death by her 3 grandparents, Rose Hagan of Tell City, IN and Evelyn & Bill Waldridge of Louisville, KY.

Survivors include her daughter, Tiana; mother, Tonya McAnelly of New Albany; father, William "Smiley" McAnelly of Louisville, KY; brothers, Billy McAnelly (Beth) & Tyson McAnelly of Louisville, KY; nieces, Kayla & Rylee McAnelly; nephews, Andrew & Tru McAnelly all of Louisville, KY; grandfather, Wallace Hagan; bestfriend, Nicole Welch; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, & friends who loved her dearly.

Visitation will be from 2 to 8 PM Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Ln., New Albany). Her Funeral Service will be at 11 AM Wednesday at the funeral home with burial to follow at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Tell City, IN.
