Alvita Renee England

Alvita Renee England, 65, of Louisville, KY passed from this life, Sunday, June 11, 2023. She was a life long member of Gospel Kingdom Church. Alvita was devoted to working at her church and the Gospel of the Kingdom Campground. Alvita also loved crafting, sewing, gardening and shopping for bargains. Her favorite people called her Granny or "Ginnie" as Loxleigh said, and playing with them brought her great joy.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Helen Smith.

Alvita leaves to cherish her memories, her children, Amy (Brandon) Wilson and Andrew (Kayla) England; her precious grandchildren, Emory Grace Wilson, Loxleigh Rose England, Avelynn Louise England and Kohen Shepherd England; fur babies, Jasper Amadeus and Sophie; siblings, Kay Cooper, Jakita (Dale) Keehn and John (Anita) Smith and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Visitation will be Sunday, June 18, 2023, at Gospel Kingdom Church, 4742 Can Run Road, Louisville, KY from 6pm-8pm and Monday, June 19, 2023, at the church from 12pm-2pm with a celebration of Alvita's life beginning at 2pm.

Alvita will be laid to rest at Gospel of the Kingdom Campground Memorial Cemetery, 141 Mt. Elmira Road, Shepherdsville, KY.
