Alice Mae Bruce Street, 90, passed away on Saturday, January 12, 2013.
Alice was born on March 11, 1922 to the late George & Flora Feller. She worked many years for Clark Memorial Hospital where she later retired. Alice was united in marriage to Herman Street on March 10, 1978.
She is survived by her daughters, Barbara (Bruce) MacGregor and her husband, Jim of Orlando, FL, Betty (Bruce) Stemler and her husband, Donald of Jeffersonville, IN, Rosemary Bruce of Sellersburg, IN, and Gail (Bruce) Gilbert and her husband, Jim of Jeffersonville, IN; son, Dale Bruce and his wife, Donna of Sellersburg, IN; brother, Donald Feller and his wife, Carolyn of Corydon, IN; 10 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 3 to 8 PM Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). Her Funeral Service will take place at 10 AM Wednesday at the funeral home with burial to follow at Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Jeffersonville, Indiana.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church (316 North Sherwood Avenue, Clarksville, IN 47129) or the American Heart Association (15120 Collections Center Drive, Chicago, IL 60693). Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
