Alice Earl Samuelson

Alice Earl Samuelson, 99, passed away on January 28, 2024. She was a member of Christ Church United Methodist and was known as the "Hat Lady". Alice was an avid reader, gardener and like going antiquing . She was known for her brick and stone courtyards that she built. Alice loved animals of all kinds especially her personal cats and dogs. She enjoyed going to Churchill Downs and betting on the gray horses.

She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Mary Susan Atkinson; great-granddaughter, Taylor Renee Eubanks and brothers, Stanley Robinson, Jim Robinson and Jesse Robinson.

Alice leaves to cherish her memories, her daughters, Victoria (Ted) Koehler, Beverly (Allen) Bradley and Susan (Brian) Grech; grandchildren, Roxanne (Jim) Eubanks. JR (Lycria) Foster, Karen (Michael) Mercer and her great-grandchildren, Tyler Foster, Brandon Eubanks, Patrick Eubanks, Mikaela (Trevor) Wilson, Thomas Mercer, Deanna Atkinson and Stephanie Atkinson.

The family is having a private memorial service.

The family asks that donations be made to the Kentucky Humane Society, 1000 Lyndon Lane Suite B, Louisville KY 40222, in memory of Alice.
