Alice Mae Nelson

Alice Mae Nelson, 77, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, November 30, 2023. Alice was a loving mom, memaw, sister, aunt, and friend. She treasured her family, friends, and all of her relationships. She dedicated her career to Executive West/Crown Plaza Hotel for over 40 years. She touched the hearts of many people through her life, leaving lasting memories. Alice will truly be missed by anyone and everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.

She was born on November 4, 1946 in Louisville, KY to Clayton and Ruth (Hall) Seals. She is preceded in death by her Father, Clayton Seals, Mother, Ruth Seals, Significant Other, Lonnie Sells, and Sister, Linda Stidham.

Alice is survived by her loving family, Son, Ronnie D. Nelson; Grandchildren, Blake, Lana, Alec, Levi, Kayla (Trevor), and Kinslee; Great-Grandchildren, Kendalynn, Lyla, and Karlee; Siblings, Eugene Seals, James Seals, and Sarah Poff; Close Family Friend, Tammy Vanover, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends to cherish her loving memory forever.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, December 11, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am on Tuesday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow at Bethany Memorial Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky.
