Alice Louise Redding
August 16, 1918 — May 6, 2012
Alice Louise Redding, age 93, of Ashland, Ohio, passed away Sunday, May 6, 2012 in Louisville, Ky. She was a retired secretary for the Meyers Pump Company and was a member of the First Christian Church of Ashland, Ohio, where she was a volunteer. She was an avid baker and made phenomenal chocolate chip cookies.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Cloyd and Lillian McGee Redding; brother and sister-in-law, Carter E. Redding Sr. and Ruth Johnson Redding; and her sister, Frances E. Redding.
She is survived by her nephew, Carter E. Redding (Anni); niece, Karin Bailey (Andrew); also several great nieces and nephews.
Graveside memorial services will be held 4:00 p.m. May 25,2012 at the Ashland Cemetery in Ashland, Ohio.
Memorials may be made to the Lutheran Village, 330 Davis Road, Ashland, Ohio 44805 at 419-281-8403.
