Alice Carolyn Clements

Alice Carolyn Clements (Lampe), 77, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, December 22, 2022. Alice was a devout Catholic her whole life. She was an avid cook, who's meals were always looked forward to by family and friends. Despite many life challenges she was always a devoted mom. Many family and friends were always by her side to help overcome any obstacles life presented. Her children are forever grateful for all who helped along the way. Her loving nature and sarcastic wit will be missed by many.

She was born on July 21, 1945 in New Haven, Kentucky, to Preston and Pauline (Clark) Williamson. She is preceded in death by her Father, Preston Williamson, Mother, Pauline Williamson, Siblings, Joe Williamson, Betty Williamson, June Whiting, and Raphael Williamson.

Alice is survived by her loving family, Daughters, Julie (Nancy) Lampe and Amanda Rose Lampe; Bonus Daughter, Shannon Devine; Grandchildren, M.C. (Stephanie) Lampe and Emily (Andrew) Smith, Mother of the Grandchildren, Jennifer Thommen; Great-Grandchild, Theo Smith; Siblings, Mary Culver, Frances (Lowell) Culver, Rebecca Ryan, Judy McMakin, Janie (Don) Peterworth, Larry Williamson, and Bobby (Kim) Williamson, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends to cherish her loving memory forever.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, January 2, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 am on Tuesday, at St. Lawrence Catholic Church with cremation to follow the services.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers all donations in Alice's memory be made to the funeral home for her funeral expenses.
