Alfred Lee Fowler

Alfred Lee Fowler, born on January 4, 1952, and departed his life on January 18, 2025.  He leaves behind a legacy marked by his numerous passions and warm personality. Alfred was a veteran of the Air Force, embodying the dedication and discipline that service demands.

A true sports enthusiast, Alfred excelled at playing baseball and also enjoyed playing basketball and horseshoes. He was a man of many talents who could light up a room with his quiet charm, and those who knew him well often recall the laughter he brought to their lives.

Alfred had a unique sense of style, and his proudest accomplishment was regarded as being a stylish dresser. His ability to present himself with such flair was a testament to his confident personality, further endeared by his subtle humor that made him approachable and beloved among friends.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Alfred's life during the visitation and the celebration of life services set for February 7, 2025, at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Louisville, located at 10304 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40272. The visitation will commence at 5:00 PM and last until 6:00 PM, followed by the celebration of life from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Alfred Lee Fowler will be remembered not only for his modesty and sense of humor but also for the joy he brought into the lives of those who had the privilege of knowing him. His spirit will continue to resonate in the hearts of family and friends forever.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Alfonzo Frazier and Mary Catherine Pruitt; step-father, Melvin Pruitt and his siblings, Rodney Pruitt, Kevin Pruitt, Janice Fowler and Darlene Fowler.

Alfred leaves behind his daughter, Lamesia Ralston; granddaughters, Pamela Ralston and Jareka Rhodes; 4 great-grandchildren; siblings, John Fowler, Linda Fowler and Kathy Pruitt, Bruce Pruitt and Vickie Lynn Moorman and a host of nieces, nephews, uncles. aunts, cousins and friends.
