Alene Priddy, 74, of Louisville, KY passed away on December 12, 2013. She was retired and a member of Glad Tidings Christian Church.
Alene was born on November 4, 1939, in Round Hill, KY to the late Yamon Haynes and Theodocia Geary. She was also preceded in death by her daughter and son, Juanelia and Jimmy Priddy.
Alene is survived by her daughters, Shelane Priddy-Custodio (Orlando), Julie McMichen (Jerry); sister, Shirley Potter (Fred), brothers, Billy C. Haynes (Genny) and Bobby Haynes (Debbie), sister, Jackie Watkins (Doug); grandchildren, Tiffany, Kristen, Nathan, Jade, Christian, Bryanna, and Levi; six great-grandchildren; and many loving family members.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Louisville Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 40272). Funeral Ceremony will be held Wednesday at 11:00 am at the funeral home, with burial to follow in Bethany Cemetery.
