Aime Cedeno Ocampo, age 19 of Louisville passed away on Sunday, January 8, 2012. She graduated from Doss High School, was a student at Bellarmine University and an employee at Global Air. She was a fun and energetic person who had a great smile that everybody loved. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Angel Ocampo and Ana Fernadez.
Aime is survived by her parents, Beatriz Ocampo (Heliodoro Hernandez) and Juan Cedeno (Maria Torres); sister, Aimara Cedeno (Carlos Mola); brother, Reinier Cedeno; grandparents, Mireya Morales and Miguel Cedeno; godparents, Teresa and Jorge Carlos; her partner, Jenilynn Thomas; nephew, Juan; niece Viviana Maria; aunts, Francis, Maria, Mireya, Lourdes, Vivian; uncles, Carlos, Victor, Hector, Jorge, Hiran; cousins, Jairon, Pedro, Barbara, Francys, Yanet, Hector, Carlos, Hiramis, Javier, Sabrina, Anthony, Emma, Charles and Vilma.
Visitation will be from 4 – 7 pm on Tuesday, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, Indiana. Funeral ceremony will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with burial in Bethany Cemetery in Louisville. Memorials may be made to Kosair Charities or the Kentuckiana Humane Society.
