Adam John Fish, 38, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, July 22, 2022.
He was born on April 2, 1984 in Elmhurst, Illinois to David and Carol (Neilsen) Fish. He is preceded in death by his grandfather John Lewis Neilsen.
Adam is survived by his parents David and Carol Fish, girlfriend, Killian Miles, brother Eric Fish (Kimberly), sister, Megan Fish, nephews Caden Fish, Garrett Fish, nieces Mila Fish and Everly Fish, grandparents Ronald W. Fish, Carol Ann Fish and Dolores June Neilsen. He is also survived by his beloved dog Lincoln, a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Cremation was chosen and a celebration of his life will be held on Monday, August 8, 2022 at 10:00 am at Trinity Lutheran Church (405 Rush Street #1, Roselle, IL 60172).
