Abigail Lisbeth Parris
November 29, 1978 — January 26, 2020
Abigail Lisbeth Parris passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2020 at the age of 41. Abby is lovingly remembered by her family and friends. She never hesitated to say, "I love you." or listen in such a way to make a speaker feel genuinely supported.
Abby is survived by her husband of 17 years, Joshua; daughters, Lilly Jane and Maggie Beck; parents, Gary and Becky (Tirey) Land; and her sister, Amanda (Land) Mullins; her husband Richard; 3 nieces; 2 nephews; and 2 great nephews.
Abby was born on November 29, 1978. She graduated from Male High School in 1998 and worked at Zenith Logistics (Kroger Distribution Center) for 18 years as an HR Generalist. Abby was a life time member of First Baptist Church of Middletown.
A visitation will be held on Friday, January 31, 2020 from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel (235 Juneau Drive) and on Saturday, February 1, 2020 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am at First Baptist Church of Middletown (11721 Main St.). A funeral ceremony will be held on Saturday at 10:00 am at the church with burial to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Children and Youth Camp Fund at First Baptist Church Middletown.
