Ronald Geoffrey Rudd

Mr. Ronald Geoffrey Rudd, age 82 of Cecilia, Kentucky, former of Chatham, England, passed away on Saturday, June 16, 2012 at his home. He was a retired member of the Royal Air Force Regiment for 22 years, and was a member of Rough Creek Baptist Church, Howe Valley, Kentucky. He was a retired Master Plasterer, a member of the Howe Valley VFW and the Ruitan. He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert John and Elsie Elizabeth Stapley Rudd.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife 62 years, the former Amelia Killmister; son, Geoffrey Ronald Rudd and his wife Elizabeth, daughter, Charmaine Chambers and her husband Chester, and daughter, Sandra Rudd; grandchildren, Sophie Rudd (Ewan), Melissa Baker (Alex), Sara Taylor (Chris), Hayli Hunter (Michael), Kerri Hilderbrandt, Christopher Baker and Stephen Heyes (Laura); also surviving are 6 great-grandchildren, several brothers and sisters and host of family and friends.

A memorial service celebrating Mr. Rudd's life will be at a later date at his church, Rough Creek Baptist Church in Howe Valley, Kentucky.
