Linda Sue House

Linda Sue House, 68, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, January 2, 2024. Linda was a loving mom, grandma, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She was a hard worker, never took a day off, and would do anything for anybody. She loved her family, her coffee, and had a strong willed personality. Linda will truly be missed by anyone and everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.

She was born on October 28, 1955 in Louisville, Kentucky to Joe and Lucy (Woodcock) House. She is preceded in death by her Father, Joe D. House.

Linda is survived by her loving family, Mother, Lucy M. Davenport; Children, Tennie M. (Brian) Smothers and Danny Z. Hall, Jr.; Grandson, Clarence Joseph Hawkins; Sisters, Lois (James) Pace, Joann (Brian) Pedigo, Mary (Butch) Burkhammer, and Betty (Brian) Hall; Brother, James (Joy) House, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends to cherish her loving memory forever.

Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Saturday, January 20, 2024 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Celebration of Life Service will be at 4:00 pm on Saturday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel.
