Paul Richard "Ricky" Peck, 66, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, October 8, 2023 at Baptist Health Floyd after a sudden battle with liver failure. He was born on October 31, 1956 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Horace and Delores (Ireland) Peck.
Ricky was a loving and devoted husband and father. He was a proud member of Cloverleaf Baptist Church. Ricky retired in 2022 from Nazareth Home and had previously worked for 15 years at Beach Mold & Tool.
He is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Janet (Threlkel) Peck; daughter, Brenda (Robert); son, John (Meaghan); grandchildren, Misty, Serenity, Isaiah, Tristan, Liam, Millie; great-grandchildren, Gabriel, Naomi; sister, Debbie (Eddie); brothers, William (Jerri), Horace, Jr. (Irene), Greg (Christy), Quinn (Tina), Mark (Ronda); and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) with his funeral service taking place at 4:00 p.m. He will be laid to rest privately at Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
