Gary A. Rogers, 72, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, August 21, 2023 at Baptist Health Louisville.
He was born on July 26, 1951 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late William and Ethel (Patterson) Rogers. He is also preceded in death by several siblings.
He was a wonderful husband, father, grandpa and a wonderful person.
Gary is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Bonnie Rogers, two sons, Gary Rogers Jr. (Lauren) and Jason Rogers (Laura), four grandchildren, Kylee "Scooby" Rogers, Jason Rogers Jr., Seth Rogers, Emma Rogers, two great-grandchildren, Liam and Leila O'Bryan, two sisters, Brenda Vaughn (Arthur), Gloria Compton and several nieces, nephews and in-laws.
Per Gary's wishes cremation was chosen and there will be no services.
The family requests that contributions in Gary's memory be made to The American Heart Association.
