Robert Earl Dobson age 72 of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Monday, March 20, 2023. He was a long time employee of United Catalyst. Avid fisherman, hunter, golfer and champion ribbon winner of the KY State Fair in peppers. He had a love for all things spicy. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Elizabeth Dobson; and brother, Bill.
Robert is survived by his brother, James Dobson; and nieces, Jane Daniels, Julie Geoghegan (Bruce) and Jennifer Gombosky (Mike); and a host of relatives and friends.
A memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 5, 2022 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243 from 3pm to 6pm.
Memorials may be made to the Louisville Zoo.
