Joseph Lee Gambill

Joseph Lee Gambill, 76, of Borden, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, October 1, 2022. Joe had a passion for music and was a very talented guitar player. He attended Graceland Baptist Church and owned and operated Computer Associates out of his home for over 25 years.

He was born on December 13, 1945, in East St. Louis, Missouri, to the late Joseph and Dora (Cox) Gambill. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife of over 52 years, Linda Gambill; brother, Donnie Gambill; and sisters, Sarah Carlin and Della Ann Gambill.

Joe is survived by his sons, Stephen Gambill (Kimberly) and Jeffrey Gambill (Angela Forman); grandchildren, Hannah, Joshua, and Jadan Gambill; great-granddaughter, Ellie; and his brother, Bill Gambill (Judy).

Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 6, 2022, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). Visitation will continue on Friday at the funeral home from 9:00 am until the time of service. His Funeral Service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home with burial to follow at Friendship Cemetery.
