Gary Wayne Thompson

Gary Wayne Thompson, 56, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, August 26, 2022. Gary enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and especially the children of the family. He worked for Computer Share for over 2 years, and had many great relationships from his work. Gary was very adamant towards music, movies, and politics. He will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him.

He was born on May 2, 1966 in Louisville, Kentucky. He is preceded in death by his Mother, Anna Louise Thompson, Uncle, Ronnie Thompson, Aunt, Madgie Thompson, Grandparents, Andrew & Carrie Thompson, Great Aunt, Virgie Alvey.

Gary is survived by his Uncle, Jimmy Thompson, Aunt, Teresa Marie Thompson, Cousins, Betty Hickerson, Shirley Ann Curtsinger, and Kathy Thompson. Gary also leaves behind to cherish his memory a host of Friends and Extended Family.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturday, September 3, 2022 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 12:00 pm on Saturday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel.
