Linda Sue Slack

Linda Sue Slack, 76, passed away on May 30, 2022. She retired from the Louisville Airport as a parking attendant, where she met many wonderful people. Spending time with her family, meant the world to her and she enjoyed reading mysteries. Linda had a loving and giving heart with the patience of a saint. She will be truly missed and will forever live in our hearts.

She was preceded in death by her son, David Slack and parents, Paul and Anna Wolff.

Linda leaves to cherish her memories, her husband of 60 years, Wayne Slack; son, Wayne (Courtney) Slack; daughter, Mary (Scott) Poynter; sisters, Paulette Nichols and Tina McGaha; grandchildren, Anthony, Kerry, Jonathan, Kylee, Linda, David, Chris, Brittney, Scotty, Rodney, Greg and Brad; numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Saturday, June 4, 2022, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY, from 12pm-5pm.
