David M. Proctor, 57, of Elizabeth, Indiana, passed away on Monday, January 24, 2022. He was born on April 5, 1964. David was an avid outdoorsman, who loved hunting and fishing.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Myra (McCluney) Proctor.
David is survived by his father, Clarence Proctor; brother, Danny (Joy) Proctor; sister, Debbie (Lisa) Jackson; sister, Belinda (Rick) Brun; sister, Cynthia (Edward) Van; best friend and caregiver, Michael (Pam) Tuell; and many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Cremation was chosen following David's wishes, and a celebration of life with family and friends will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital will be used to honor a cause near to David's heart.
