Patricia Ann Burch, 73, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, January 24, 2022.
She was born on September 20, 1948 in Lebanon, Kentucky to the late Edward Blanford and Mary Elizabeth (Hagan) Osborne. She is also preceded in death by her siblings Thomas Osborne, John Osborne and Christine Rashid.
Mom was one of the kindest people on the planet. She was a hobby quilter, watercolor painter, watched British mysteries, and a lifetime chemistry buff. She enjoyed the occasional cold beer, and loved watching basketball. She made my sister and I believe in ourselves and loved us and her grandchildren completely and unconditionally. To say she will be missed is an understatement. She was a wonderful wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend.
Patricia is survived by her loving daughters, Heather Shrum (Earl), Megan Dohn (Eddie), grandchildren James Shrum, Lizzie Dohn, Loren Shrum, Lucy Dohn, Charlie Dohn, Katie Dohn, siblings Mary Ellen Brink (Don), Frances Warren, Edward Osborne (Janet), Rose Mary Dixon (Randy) and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8pm on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, Kentucky 40243, with prayers at 6pm. A Mass of Celebration will be 11am Friday, January 28, 2022 at St. Rose Priory Church, 868 Loretto Rd, Springfield, KY 40069. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The family requests that contributions in Patricia's memory be made to Wesley Manor Retirement Community.
