Steven Glenn Kirkman, 54, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, December 10, 2021. Steven was an avid University of Kentucky fan. He was truck driver for 27 years before his retirement in 2017. Steven loved spending time with his family. He will be missed by all who knew him.
He was born on June 14, 1967 in Louisville, Kentucky to Daniel and Mildred (Sawyer) Kirkman. He is preceded in death by his Fiancée, Sandra Crews, Mother, Mildred Kirkman, and Brother, Jeffrey Kirkman.
Steven is survived by his Son, Austin Kirkman, Father, Daniel Kirkman, Sisters, Lisa Kirkman, Karen (Glen) Thompson, and Barbara (Travis) Meadows. Steven also leaves behind to cherish his memory a host of Nieces, Nephews, Friends, and Extended Family.
Visitation will be from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Sunday, December 19, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 3:00 pm on Sunday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel.
In Lieu of Flowers, family requests that contributions in Steven's memory be made to Kentucky Organ Donors Association.
