Audrey Joan Hill

Audrey Joan Hill, 89, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Monday, December 6, 2021. Audrey was a gifted and compassionate nurse for many years. She was a talented dancer who enjoyed traveling and held a special place in her heart for animals.

She was born on October 7, 1932, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to the late Ferdinand and Irene (Lemke) Willman. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husbands, William Gaulke, Paul Treants, and James Hill; and son, Clifford Gaulke.

Audrey is survived by her loving daughters, Bonnie (Michael) Nale, Denise (David) Larson, and Sandy (Benjamin) Post; grandchildren, Andrea Nale, Noelle (Dane) Muter, and Chelsey (Ian) Larson-Schiefelbein; and great-grandchild, Kiera.

A Memorial Gathering will be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 15, 2022, at Grace Lutheran Church (1787 Klerner Lane, New Albany). Her Memorial Service will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the church. Cremation was chosen.
