Autumn Dawn Lyons McCrary, 28, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, September 16, 2021.
She was born on July 29, 1993 in Louisville, Kentucky to Steve and Amy Lyons.
She is preceded in death by her father, Steve D. Lyons and her brother, Michael T. Farley.
Autumn is survived by her sons, Nicholas A. Lyons and Gauge M. McCrary; mother; Amy L. Lyons; grandmother, Tenna Jackson; godparents, Chip M. Lynch and April L. Vincent; brother, Steve J. Lyons; cousin, Amber L. Decker; and many special family members and friends.
Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Sunday, October 3, 2021 at Newcomer Cremation, Funerals & Receptions-East Louisville Chapel, (235 Juneau Dr.). A Memorial Service will be at 5:00 pm on Sunday, at the funeral home.
The family requests that contributions in Autumn's memory be made to April Decker, Autumn's Aunt/Godmother, to help with final expenses and care for Autumn's sons.
