Michael was a loving father, son and brother. His daughter Lexi was the light of his life. He loved to fish and was an avid UK fan.
Michael was born on March 14, 1975 in Louisville, Kentucky to Jeffrey and Carol Banks.
Michael is survived by his daughter, Lexi Rae Banks; parents, Jeffrey Neil and Carol Stearns Banks; sister, Sara Dentinger (Jeff); niece, Olivia Dentinger; and nephew, Noah Dentinger.
