Jonathan Michael Rountree, 35, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, July 14, 2021
Michael was a gamer and a foodie and loved to cook. He was very creative and loved to come up with fun ways to do things. He was a loving son, brother, father and partner, and loved to take care of those close to him. He had a great sense of humor, and was known to break out and sing a jingle at any time.
Michael was born on May 19, 1986 in Washington D.C., to William and Barbara Rountree.
Michael is survived by his sons Aiyven Michael and Adriel Xavier Rountree, daughters, Tempest McElhiney, and Savannah McElhiney, fiance', Tasha McElhiney, mother, Barbara Jean Rountree, father, William Donald Rountree (Debbie), brothers, Scott Rountree, and Brandon Lamar Rountree (Sarah), sister, Allison Rountree, niece, Isabeta Rountree, best friend, Adrian Wick, and other family and friend
Visitation will be Friday July 23, 2021 from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions-East Louisville Chapel (235 Juneau Dr.), with a memorial service to follow at 4:00 pm.
