Kim Lorraine Saunders

Kim Lorraine Saunders, 62, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, May 18, 2021. Kim enjoyed living life, reading, cooking, and visiting friends. She was a volunteer at the hospital, had a gift of helping others. She was a spokeswomen for the Heart & Lung Association, and was featured on a Kentucky 1 Health Commercial. Kim was a member of Living Faith Christian Ministries. She recently attended college and received her Associates Degree, and was pursing her Bachelors Degree. Kim's pride was her family and her dogs. Her beautiful smile will be missed by all who knew her.

She was born on November 30, 1958 in Louisville, Kentucky. She is preceded in death by her Father, Step-Father, Benny Saunders, and Son-In-Law, Kenneth Page.

Kim is survived by her Daughters, Sherri Saunders, Chemyl Rich, Mother, Dorothy M Mayes, Companion, Eric Taylor, Grandchildren, Alexis (Devin) Saunders-Dougherty, and Kenneth Page, Brother, Michael L.(Vanessa) Saunders, Sisters, Debra Saunders, Cherri (William) Mitchell, Anna Saunders, and Jackie (Eric) Kelso. Kim also leaves behind to cherish her memory a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Friends, and Extended Family.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and her services proceeding at 1:00 pm on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at Living Faith Christian Ministries, (2330 Algonquin Street, Louisville, 40210).

The family requests that contributions in Kim's memory be made to American Heart Association.
