Mary Louise Frank

Mary Louise Frank, 68, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, March 31, 2021. She was born on April 2, 1952, in Corydon, Indiana, to the late Walter Frank, Sr., and Frances (Tuttle) Frank McBeth.

Mary Lou was a retired teacher of music theory and performance. She enjoyed playing the oboe in local concert bands, orchestras, and other ensembles. She was an avid knitter, reader, and cat-lover.

Survivors include her daughter, Tara Ingling (Tom); son, Cory Ellison; stepfather, David McBeth; brother, Walter Frank, Jr., (Ge Li); sister, Susanna Parks (Mark); and grandchildren, Elizabeth and Soren Ingling.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 16, 2021, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, Indiana 47150).
