Thomas "Tommy" O'Keefe Jr., 50, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, April 4, 2021.
He was born on October 8, 1970 in Louisville, KY. Tommy was a former employee of Ford Motor Company and was a car and boating enthusiast.
Tommy is survived by his loving parents, Steve (Lisa) O'Keefe, Maryln (Robert) Perry, sister, Crystal O'Keefe, niece , Cherish Bolin, step brothers, Robby Perry and Robby Coury.
A memorial visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, April 12, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). The family will be announcing a reception for family and friends to attend at a later date.
The family requests that contributions in Tommy's memory be made to Wayside Christian Mission.
