Stephen Doyce Finley

Stephen Doyce Finley, 52, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, March 30, 2021. Stephen was an avid outdoorsman and was known for having a green thumb. He loved socializing and being with people. He will be remembered as a man of God and a wonderful husband and father.

He was born on March 19, 1969, in Dallas, Texas, to Diana "Sue" (Robertson) Eaton and the late Bob Finley.

Along with his mother, Stephen is survived by his loving wife, Deborah Finley; daughter, Shikara (William) Sampson; stepchildren, Terry (Angel) Cain and Kimberly Cain; grandchildren, Stevie Wright, Trinity Bobbitt, Elizabeth Bobbitt, Michael Cain, Stephen Cain, Curtis Ferguson, Tony Ferguson, and Jordyn Sampson; sister, Kerri (John) Siebert; and brother, William Finley.

Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday, April 9, 2021, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - New Albany (3309 Ballard Lane). Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, his funeral service will be privately with cremation to follow.

The family requests that contributions in Stephen's memory be made to the family in care of Deborah Finley.
