Curtis Ray Huff, 85, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, March 1, 2021. He was a United States Army veteran and retired from Pillsbury in New Albany after a 48-year career as a machinist. Curt was a woodworker and liked making things with his hands. He enjoyed doing puzzles and coming up with riddles.
He was born on June 23, 1935, in Reynolds Station, Kentucky, to Ortrue and Irene (Newton) Huff. In addition to his parents, Curt was preceded in death by his sister, Bernice Bennett.
Curt is survived by his wife, Patty (White) Richards; son, Joseph Michael Huff; stepchildren, Madonna Faith, Todd Richards (Pam), and Troy Richards (Reba); as well as several grandchildren.
Cremation was chosen following Curt's wishes, and Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) was entrusted with his care. Contributions in his memory may be made to your favorite charity.
