Mary Nelson

Mary "Mag" Nelson, 88, of West Point, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, February 12, 2021. Mary loved fishing, the outdoors, quilting, and an avid University of Louisville fan. She enjoyed spending time at the Senior Breakfast Club at McDonalds. Mary loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She will be missed by all who knew her.

She was born on July 29, 1932 in Greensburg, Kentucky to James and Katie (Bridgewater) Finn. She is preceded in death by her Sons, Barry Nelson, Roy Lee Nelson, Parents, Grandson, Jamie, Great Grandson, Hayden and 11 Siblings.

Mary is survived by her, Daughter, Lana Nelson, Son, Nolan Nelson, Son, Damon (Kip) Nelson, Son, Terry Nelson, Daughter, Jean (Ernie) Littlejohn, Grandchildren, Stephanie, Cindy, Daniel, Jessica, Amanda, Andrew, Tammy, Marty "Turtle", Sabrina, Frankie, and Justin. Mary also leaves behind to cherish her memory a host of Great-Grandchildren, Great-Great Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, Friends, and Extended Family.

Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Sunday, February 21, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm on Monday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow at Shiloh Cemetery in Campbellsville, KY.
