Mark Allen Wells

Mark Allen Wells, 62, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, January 28, 2021. Mark's whole world was his family. He loved spending time with his grandsons fishing, watching sports, and going to Churchill Downs. He dedicated 38 years at Baptist Health Louisville as the Purchasing Agent for Food Services.

He was born on September 10, 1958 in Louisville, Kentucky to Robert and Betty Wells. He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Wells, mother, Betty Finch, step father, Alan Finch, brothers, Arnold Carpenter, Jr., and Donald Wells.

Mark is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Tammy Wells; daughter, Kristie (Bryan) Hillard; grandsons, Jordan Wells and Mark Hillard; sisters, Margie Carpenter-Gray, Bonnie (Doug) Grigsby, and Teresa Parks. As well as a host of family and friends to cherish his loving memory.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 11:30 am on Thursday, February 4, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 11:30 am on Thursday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow at Cave Hill Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky.
