Penny Smythe, 60, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2021. Penny loved being around her family and friends. She dedicated her life to taking care of anyone that needed help. She was an avid animal lover and loved to travel. As long as she had someone to take care of and a dog by her side she was happy.
She was born on September 7, 1960 in Tampa, Florida to Kenneth and Elsie (Mowen) Bucher.
Penny is survived by her loving family, father, Kenneth Bucher, mother, Elsie Bucher; sons, Michael (Diana) Smythe and Matthew Smythe; grandson, Gabriel Smythe; brother, Adam Bucher. As well as a host of family and friends to cherish her loving memory.
