Linda Jane Willis Decker, 81, of Louisville, KY, passed away on Tuesday, January 5, 2021.
She was born on October 5, 1939 in Louisville, Kentucky to Elmer and Jane (Garr) Willis. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Jack Willis, sister, Betty Goodman, and sister, Judy Stinnett, and her best friend, Kitty. Linda spent her time with her family and friends. She will always be remembered as a dedicated grandmother and best friend.
Linda is survived by her loving children, Kenny (Bonnie) Decker, Steve Decker, Greg Decker, Kimberly (Tim) Ray, and Jeff (Angela) Decker, grandchildren, Derrick, Justin (Kendra), Matthew, Andrew, Danielle, Ashley, Liam, Courtney (Eric), Halley, Garrett, Charles, and Samantha, step grandchildren, Kim, Kari, Cricket and Tyler, many great grandchildren, her siblings, Bobby (Theresa) Willis, Nancy (Wayne) Harrell, David (Pat) Willis, and Junior (Beverly) Willis, along with many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
The family requests that contributions in Linda 's memory be made to Hosparus of Louisville.
