Richard Lee Frank, (04/23/1954-12/21/2020), 66, of Louisville passed away on Monday. He was an employee of White Cap Mfg, in Louisville. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Dorothy Frank; a brother George Frank III; and a sister Bonnie Simmerman.
Left to cherish his memory is his son, Richie Mertz; daughter, Patty Mertz; sister, Marge (Mike) Fleitz, and brothers Bill Frank, Kenny Frank, and Gene Frank. He is also survived by many other loving family members and friends.
A viewing will be held on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 from 5:00-8:00 pm at Newcomer Southwest Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Richard's honor to the Homeless Veteran's Fund or the Wounded Warrior Project.
