Jerry Lee Turner, 64, of Clarksville, Indiana, passed away on Monday, December 7, 2020. He was a veteran of the United States Army and spent his career as a welder. Jerry was an avid Indiana Hoosiers fan and outdoorsman that enjoyed both fishing and deer hunting.

He was born on July 20, 1956 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Lois (Chappelow) Turner and the late Jackie Turner. Jerry was also preceded in death by his brother, Rusty Turner.

In addition to his mother, Jerry is survived by his son, Jeremiah Turner (fiancé, Jennifer); daughters, Stacy, Michelle, and Tiffany; brothers, Jeffery Turner (Tammy), Steve Turner (Julie); sister-in-law, Sue Turner; former wife of 22 years, Sandy Turner; four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Due to the pandemic, services for Jerry will be held privately at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). He will be laid to rest at Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Jeffersonville, Indiana.

Contributions in his memory may be made to the Clark County Humane Society (2702 Middle Road, Jeffersonville, IN 47130).
