Sherry Lee Ballard

Sherry Lee Ballard, 69, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, November 16, 2020. Sherry loved spending time with her family especially her grandkids. She was crazy about her dog Cheena. She loved Thanksgiving and Christmas with her family.

She was born on September 6, 1951 in Lebanon Junction, Kentucky to Richard and Ethel (Raley) Fiedler. She is preceded in death by her father, Richard A. Fiedler, Sr., mother, Ethel E. Simmons; grandchild, Shelly Taylor; brother, Richard Fiedler, Jr. and sister, Nancy Watkins.

Sherry is survived by her loving Husband of 49 years, Frank Edward Ballard; son, Frank Anthony Ballard and daughter, Melissa Taylor; grandchildren, Anthony Bailey, Stephanie Bailey, Sherry Bailey, Frank Ballard, Jr., Jordan Ballard, Julian Ballard, Justin Ballard, Lusero Taylor-Lopez, Alexys Ballard, Moises Lopez, Julian Ballard; siblings, Bonnie (Tim) Flemming, Barbara Huff and Linda Fiedler Compton. As well as a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends to cherish her loving memory.

Due to the new COVID-19 restrictions all services are going to be private.

The family requests that contributions in Sherry's memory be made to American Cancer Society.
