Beverly Ann (Mennemeyer) Parsons

Beverly Ann (Mennemeyer) Parsons, 59, of Lanesville, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2020. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in New Albany. Bev enjoyed watching Hallmark movies, working on puzzles, and playing solitaire. She loved drinking coffee out on her back porch, cooking meals for her family, and having telephone conversations with her daughters.

She was born on December 10, 1960, in St. Louis, Missouri, to the late Junior and Marilyn (Goewert) Mennemeyer. Bev was also preceded in death by her brother, Gary Mennemeyer.

Bev is survived by her husband, Mark Parsons; daughters, Amanda Receveur (Colin), Aimee Parsons-Phillips (Heather), Amber Parsons, and Annabelle Parsons (fiancé, Gabe Sronce); siblings, Lisa Brown (Doug), Sandy Winstead (Bob), and Steve Mennemeyer (Maria Granger); grandchildren, Benjamin, Emma, and Adelyn; mother-in-law, Wilma Parsons; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 8, 2020, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) with a rosary being prayed at 7:15 p.m. Her funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Friday at St. Mary's Catholic Church (415 E. Eighth Street, New Albany) with burial to follow at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in New Albany.
